Tony Grabiec, MSPT- Physical Therapist/Owner
Tony earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University. Tony remains current with evidence based treatment techniques. This allows him to implement the most effective strategies to quickly return his patients back to their prior level of function. He has over 18 years of orthopedic experience and his upbeat personality makes for a fun and social experience for his patients.
Tony advocates a healthy lifestyle and leads by example. He began his athletic career as a golfer but gravitated towards endurance events after college. He is a NYC, Marine Corp and Chicago marathon finisher. He has also completed numerous cycling, triathlon events and a 3x Leadville 100 mountain bike finisher. This race is considered one of the most grueling mountain bike races in the country. His experience with training for endurance racing has made him well versed with running, cycling and swimming rehabilitation and injury prevention. Tony draws upon his dedication and discipline for training in his treatment style. He knows what techniques work and how to motivate patients to achieve their goals. In addition Tony is a US lacrosse level I lacrosse coach and specializes in youth sports injuries.
Alan Terry Jr, RPT, is a graduate of Quinnipiac University class of 1995 with a BS concentrating in Physical Therapy. He has over 25 years experience in inpatient, workplace ergonomics and home care, with over 10 years experience in outpatient rehab. He has a background in sports related injuries, post concussion management and golf fitness. His main concentration is geriatric rehab with focus on post-op joint replacement surgeries, as well as development of home program for management and prevention of chronic and ongoing ailments.
Christina is a CT native and is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. Christina is an integral part of the Wilton Physical Therapy team. We love her attention to detail, great personality and dedication to our patients! She keeps the office running smooth and always goes the extra yard to keep our patients scheduled and authorized for insurance. Christina lives in Weston with her husband and very active toddler. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, watching Netflix shows and vacationing to Maine.
